A Project Engineer
serves as the technical lead for engineering projects, coordinating planning, design, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification

Key Responsibilities & Roles
- Technical Oversight: Interprets engineering drawings, manages design changes, and ensures quality control.
- Planning & Coordination: Develops schedules, forecasts resource needs, and manages subcontractors and suppliers.
- Site Management: Monitors daily site operations, ensures safety/environmental compliance, and solves field problems.
- Documentation: Manages project documentation, including submittals, reports, and payment applications.
Skills and Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering is usually required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools (MS Project).
