Project Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Engineer will be responsible for project management and delivery of infrastructure services supplied/offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital & laboratory infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, and integration of specialized systems.

This position will report to the Division Manager and work closely with the consultants, contractors and healthcare stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project planning, site coordination, installation and commissioning

• Review drawings and ensure compliance with MOH, healthcare, and safety requirements

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and clients to ensure alignment of technical specifications

• Supervise site works, project schedules, material planning and progress reporting

• Support installation and testing of equipment and utilities

• Ensure adherence to ISO9001, WSH and healthcare facility standards

• Prepare project documentation, reports and handover deliverables

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) with 3 years of experience in design & build, hospital or laboratory construction projects

• Strong knowledge of M&E services and ACMV systems

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, and manage project coordination on-site

• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills

• Outgoing with good communication and stakeholder management

• Owning a vehicle is an advantage
