The Role:NAVIX Project Manager
Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced NAVIX Project Manager to oversee the seamless integration of acquired company into our organization. This role is critical in ensuring that all aspects of the acquisition process are managed efficiently, from initial planning through to full operational integration.
What will you do
- Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans that align with Schneider Electric's strategic goals and objectives.
- Project Management:Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective integration of acquired entities, including IT systems, business processes, and organizational structures.
- Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and acquired company representatives, to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Performance Monitoring:Track integration progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Compliance:Ensure all integration activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and Schneider Electric's policies.
- Continuous Improvement:Drive innovation and continuous improvement in integration processes and methodologies.
What qualifications will make you successful
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in managing complex integration projects, preferably within the M&A context.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric's business and industry is a plus.
