Project Engineer

Overview:

We're looking for a Project Engineer to support both technical and basic accounting functions.

We are part of a global engineering group specializing in dry abatement systems for the semiconductor industry, providing end-to-end solutions including servicing, refurbishment, and manufacturing across Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate would be someone with an engineering background who is interested in expanding into accounts and operations.

Key Responsibilities

. Support project coordination and technical operations
. Assist with basic accounting tasks and financial documentation
. Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
. Prepare reports, track progress, and support documentation processes
. Utilize tools (including AI tools when needed) to improve efficiency and problem-solving
. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
. Preferably 1-2 years of working experience (fresh graduates with internship/experience may be considered)
. Interest in accounts and business operations
. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
. Good communication skills and ability to work independently
. Comfortable using AI tools / digital tools to support work
