Responsibilities
- Create, monitor, and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely progress and delivery
- Communicate with clients to coordinate project meetings, clarify documentation requirements, and track submission and return status
- Manage and update to reflect accurate project progress and billing information
- Coordinate with suppliers to track procurement status and ensure timely delivery of project materials
- Facilitate communication between internal departments to align on project requirements and resolve issues promptly
- Lead project Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), arrange client inspections, and oversee all activities through to final project completion
