Job Description

Job Summary

The Project Engineer supports the execution of engineering projects by coordinating project activities, preparing project documentation, liaising with customers and suppliers, and assisting with project follow-up. The role also provides basic technical support to ensure projects are completed smoothly, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating project activities and monitoring project schedules.
  • Support the sales team with order processing and project administration.
  • Follow up with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on project-related matters.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, site activities, and project documentation.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project records, reports, and filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing and revising technical drawings and project documentation.
  • Support the preparation and submission of technical documents and drawings.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on project progress, delivery schedules, and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers, including China-based suppliers, on project-related matters.
  • Attend project meetings and provide updates when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in engineering, project coordination, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Ability to generate, update, and revise AutoCAD drawings will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team.
