We are seeking an experienced and skilled engineer to join the Singapore office of a leading MNC with a strong and established client base.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for surveillance systems in the public sector.
- Support and maintain monitoring-related solutions, including IT, CCTV, smart building technologies, and IoT-based monitoring systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues both remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate with internal teams and system integrators (SIs) to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, and ongoing technical support.
- Provide training and guidance to SI teams on new installations or equipment upgrades.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service and support records.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT networking systems or smart device software configuration.
- Strong problem-solving ability, customer-focused mindset, and capability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Open to Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only.
