PROJECT ENGINEER

As a Project Engineer at Fuji SMBE Industries Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the planning, management and execution of complex engineering projects. Working in a full-time capacity in our North Region office, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from initial scoping to final commissioning. What you'll be doing

.Developing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

.Coordinating cross-functional teams to execute all project activities, including design, procurement, construction and commissioning

.Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing appropriate contingency measures to keep projects on track

.Monitoring project progress and performance, providing regular updates to key stakeholders

.Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant engineering standards, regulations and quality control procedures

.Collaborating with clients, vendors and other external partners to align on project requirements and objectives

.Mentoring and developing more junior members of the engineering team

What we're looking for

.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

.Minimum 1 years proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry

.Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organise and deliver complex technical projects

.Strong working knowledge of engineering principles, design methodologies and project management best practices

.Proficient in using project management software and tools to plan, monitor and report on project progress

.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities

.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

.Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality

What we looking for
