Project Engineer

Plan, conceptualize, and execute mechanical water and wastewater treatment projects.

Handle design, installation, erection, commissioning, and final handover of treatment plant systems.

Manage water and wastewater treatment plant processes, operations, and performance optimization.

Select and size pumps, blowers, compressors, and other rotating equipment suitable for process requirements.

Perform troubleshooting of rotating equipment, piping systems, and process equipment.

Conduct flow calculations, hydraulic calculations, and other engineering calculations required for system design.

Prepare and submit Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) documents with compliance and technical comparison.

Review and interpret P&ID drawings, technical specifications, BIM models, and vendor technical documents.

Prepare and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks, including fabrication drawings and layouts.

Prepare steel fabrication drawings, cutting plans, and installation drawings for site execution.

Perform basic civil and structural calculations related to equipment foundations, structural supports, and piping structures.

Conduct site surveys, site measurements, and technical assessments for project planning and installation.

Prepare and maintain ISO documentation, technical reports, and project documentation as per quality standards.

Coordinate site erection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities with project teams and subcontractors.

Support PLC, SCADA, and automation integration by coordinating with system integrators and automation engineers.

Prepare project costing, budgeting, QA/QC documents (QAP), and service reports.

Ensure project execution within schedule, scope, and approved budget.

Perform piping stress analysis and structural support checks where required.

Apply knowledge of ASME standards, pressure vessel fabrication, and piping standards.

Understand steel fabrication processes, welding procedures, and fabrication methods for plant construction.
