We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fire Protection Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee assigned projects from start to completion, ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate assigned fire protection projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities in line with budget and schedule commitments.
- Attend and participate in site meetings to monitor and report project progress.
- Liaise with Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, and other stakeholders to provide accurate updates on project status, technical compliance, and variation claims.
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely delivery to sites, aligned with project progress and cost control.
- Ensure all project equipment is properly accounted for and supported by relevant documentation.
- Conduct site surveys and walkthroughs for new A&A works/tenders and prepare follow-up quotations.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant project management or fire protection experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of fire protection systems and industry standards.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
