Job Scope:
As a Project Engineer, the candidate has to plan, execute, monitor, control and manage any project works that are assigned to him/her. Only candidates with degrees recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board may apply.
Responsibilities:
- Administer operations teams including engineers, supervisors and workers to complete the entire project scope
- Preparation of documentation including project status report, method of statement and work procedure for the project.
- Planning, executing, monitoring and control and closing of the project.
- Monitoring and controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
- Liaising and coordinating with all parties such as clients, consultants, consultants representatives, site supervisors, sub-contractors on all aspects of the project to ensure smooth, timely and successful completion of the project.
- Attend site meeting, inspection.
- Solving construction issues with the team.
- Ensuring that the quality control of the project is met.
- Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
- Ensuring that the project starts on time and ends within the estimated duration.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) and is familiar with Eurocode design guidelines
- Must possess good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- 1 - 3 years of relevant site experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Good team player and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure with high initiative.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00a.m - 6.15p.m
