Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities on site to achieve project progress and quality targets in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and QA/QC regulations throughout all construction works
- Communicate clear installation instructions to subcontractors to ensure adherence to approved construction drawings and specifications
- Identify and resolve construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues promptly to maintain project continuity
- Develop installation sequences and detailed micro schedules for façade elements based on construction drawings
- Coordinate site installation and quality matters with Main Contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and RTO/RE for inspections and testing
- Monitor, document, and update daily project and site progress reports accurately
- Maintain comprehensive records of site inspection reports, material deliveries, and site activities for project tracking
- Plan and manage timely delivery of site materials and equipment to optimize resource utilization
- Support Project Manager in preparing and submitting material samples and mock-ups for approval within project timelines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a site engineer specializing in aluminum and glazing design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software to support design and reporting tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with curtain wall projects is advantageous
- Positive, collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
