To be able to work in an engineering and construction team carrying out construction of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) projects, lead by a senior project engineer or manager.
Minimum 5 years in relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably with working experience working in cleanrooms and other electronics and semiconductor plants.
Candidates are preferred to have Design and Build experience in ACMV, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and I&C.
Works are mostly in live production plants in the semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing industries in the field of Mechanical, Electrical and Process engineering.
To lead a team of sub-contractors to the execute construction works.
Supervision on site and coordination with sub-contractors and their workers.
Ensure all works are carried out safely as per requirements of the Workplace Safety and Health Council.
Ensure that all construction work comply with project specifications, procedures, and requirements.
Coordinate and monitor site progress in accordance to schedule, and report back accordingly to your project lead.
Participate in Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with customers, sub-contractors, and/or consultants.
Able to work with fellow engineers and other project team members
Able to communicate effectively with client, consultants, and sub-contractors
Able to work in a construction environment
Able to work independently at sites.
Able to use basic MS Office and email
Able to read construction drawings especially for Mechanical, Electrical, and Process drawings
Some form of experience in risk management, and other EHS requirements as per Workplace Safety and Health Council is prefable.
