Project Engineer (Electrical/M&E)
Locations: Changi / Loyang (site-based)
Salary: $3,000 - $5,000
Allowances: $50 mobile + Petrol Fleet Card ($250/month for car, $100/month for motorbike)
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the key link between planning and delivery, making sure projects run smoothly, safely, and successfully. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading electrical projects from start to completion
- Planning and securing resources (labour, materials, equipment) to keep things on track
- Monitoring subcontractors work, resolving issues quickly, and keeping schedules tight
- Coordinating with customers, consultants, and authorities on site approvals and matters
- Working with the Purchasing team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of items
- Supervising subcontractors, guiding junior staff, and enforcing safety standards
- Checking materials and workmanship through site inspections and quality control
- Preparing and managing project documents (shop drawings, requisitions, stock records, quality plans)
- Handling variations, claims, and contractual processes according to company procedures
What We're Looking For
Hands-on supervisory experience in electrical/M&E, experience in BCA L6 / L5 graded Electrical Engineering
- An effective communicator who builds trust with colleagues and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and precise when interpreting technical information
- Organized in planning, with the ability to prioritize effectively
