Lead a project team in the following for Electrical (M&E) services for building projects:
. Concept designed.
. Detail design development.
. Contract documentation.
. Authority submission.
. Site administration to project completion.
Requirements:
. Singaporean / PR.
. At least 2 years of working experience in the related Building Consultancy/Project Management field.
. Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
. Good inter-personal skills.
. Self driven and able to work independently.
. Basic Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM.
. Salary $2,500 to $3,500
