Lead multiple projects concurrently, managing scope, schedule, risk, and change; run regular project reviews and client/consultant meetings.
Translate client and consultant requirements into executable project plans; secure design confirmations with the factory and stakeholders.
Technical scope (MV/LV)
Own technical requirements for MV/LV switchgear, MV/LV transformers, and busduct; review drawings, SLDs, and specifications; coordinate design comments/approvals.
Plan and manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with service teams and clients; ensure punch-lists are resolved and documentation is complete.
Site execution
Oversee service engineers and contractors during installation, testing, and commissioning; enforce EHS and quality requirements on site.
Chair/attend site progress and coordination meetings; ensure method statements, permits, and handover packs are in place.
Commercials & cost control
Build and track project budgets, billing milestones, variations, and change orders; drive cost controls to meet or improve baseline margins.
Support contract administration (POs, invoicing triggers, O&M submission) and provide timely revenue/billing forecasts.
Supply chain & stakeholders
Coordinate parts ordering and lead times with Customer Service; align delivery schedules with site needs.
Plan subcontractor work fronts, validate workmanship and deliverables, and resolve site issues with factories/FAE promptly.
Quality & continuous improvement
Champion the Quality Management System (process approach, riskbased thinking) and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or higher with equivalent in Engineering discipline
At least 3 years of project management experience
Strong electrical knowledge
Low/Medium Voltage Switchgear knowledge / Low/Medium Transformer knowledge / Power Distribution background
Good communication skill / Auto-CAD skill / microsoft project / microsoft office
