Project Engineer

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

ey Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is performed according to specifications.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field is preferable.
• Possess a valid driving license is preferable.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, disciplined and good communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD) is preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
