Job Description
Project Management
- Serve as primary point of contact between the client, relevant stakeholders and the company during construction stage.
- Attend site meetings for smooth coordination and occasionally support our internal sales team.
- Liaise with, manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project plans, checklists, timelines and oversee their implementation to our clients requirements.
- Oversee site assessments, installations, integration and after-sales maintenance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Address any project-related issues or concerns promptly, striving to exceed client expectations at every stage.
- Manage submissions and approvals, ensuring regulatory compliance for our projects
Technical Expertise
- Develop simple System designs including layouts, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of material and specifications of Balance of System (BOS). Good to know how to develop Single line diagram (SLD), schematic diagrams, basic electrical & mechanical structural calculation of sizing.
- Monitor System operations to ensure all systems are operating within expected conditions.
- Provide relevant support for technical design, including review and coordinate engineering drawing submissions to relevant qualified personnels or authorities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in M&E sector, preferably solar PV industry, with good understanding of Solar PV design/engineering.
- Proficiency in PVsyst, Helioscope, or other system design simulation tools
- Willingness to work in an outdoor environment and perform office duties

- Effective communication skills to understand customer needs and the ability to coordinate and implement project from technical proposals, design to testing & commissioning to O&M stage.
