Your Job

As a Project Engineer Sales Operations, you will drive innovation by supporting Sales and Customer teams through data engineering and automation expertise. Your focus will be on streamlining sales processes, improving customer engagement, and eliminating repetitive manual work by developing scalable data-driven solutions.

Our Team

You will be part of the Global Sales Operations group, working closely with the Global Industry and Regional Sales teams, Customer Service teams, Demand and Supply Planning, Supply Chain, and IT personnel to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer teams to identify pain points and process improvement opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines, dashboards, and automated workflows to optimize sales operations.
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, reporting, lead scoring, and customer follow-ups.
  • Implement data integration solutions combining Salesforce, SAP, and other relevant systems.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across sales and customer data assets.
  • Provide training and documentation for new tools and dashboards.
  • Monitor solution performance, collecting user feedback to iterate and improve.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, data engineering, automation, and marketing insights.
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or Sales Operations team.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proficient in data engineering tools and languages such as SQL, Python, ETL frameworks, and APIs.
  • Experienced with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Knowledgeable in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
  • Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
