About the Role
We are looking for a driven Project Engineer to support the delivery of piling and ground improvement works on the infrastructure project. This role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale civil and infrastructure projects, providing opportunities to work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and clients. You will play a key part in ensuring technical excellence, quality standards, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deep soil mixing and piling operations, including coordination with subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients on progress reporting, QA/QC, scheduling, and compliance matters.
- Oversee design submissions and airport compliance requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues and manage project documentation (reports, schedules, QA/QC records).
- Monitor instrumentation compliance and address non-conformities.
- Support project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a safe, collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by PEB or BCA).
- 3+ years of experience in piling or ground improvement will be prioritized.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil and building construction practices.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a project team.
