Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to support project delivery in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be involved in project coordination, site supervision, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project submissions such as specifications, drawings, test procedures, and method statements, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise on-site installation, testing and commissioning, integration testing, and handover activities to ensure work quality meets required standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, interfacing parties, and stakeholders to resolve site issues and technical clashes.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and prepare updates/reports to ensure alignment with timelines.
• Attend and contribute to project, coordination, and interfacing meetings.
• Support defect rectification, punch list clearance, and overall project execution.
• Ensure smooth delivery of project milestones within the specified timeline.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site installation, testing, and commissioning in Singapore.
• Experience coordinating and interfacing with stakeholders for A&A works, system upgrades, or new system implementations in operational environments.
• Experience in system upgrade, relocation, or migration projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM, or equivalent tools.
• Proactive and independent, with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts, and travel between office and project sites.

• Location: East, Singapore
• Salary: $5,000 - $6700 per month
