- Oversee contract execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, technical submissions, and work progress reports for M&E-related tasks.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues, and coordinate with authorities for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and labour within budget while supporting project negotiations.
- Apply expertise in Data Centers, DfMA, and specialized systems such as VAV/VRV, chillers, chilled water pipes, and lighting control systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience handling and monitoring the progress of projects in Construction industry.
