Responsibilities:
- Transmit updated documents/drawings to clients and subcontractors
- Prepare method statements and work procedures ensure compliance
- Hold weekly/monthly meetings with subcontractors to review progress
- Coordinate activities to meet QOSHE standards
- Conduct project risk impact assessments
- Review construction drawings for accuracy
- Manage resource procurement monitor material usage to reduce waste
- Assist Project Manager with consultant coordination on change orders
- Organize labor, equipment, and materials for daily site work
- Inspect incoming materials, maintain records, and return delivery orders to HQ
- Prepare daily reports and maintain inspection records
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant site coordination in building project
- Familiar with QOSHE standards and risk assessment
- Proficient in reading and reviewing construction drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and multitask on-site
- Knowledge of document control or procurement processes
