Connect Energy partners with a marine engineering / manufacturing company to look for an experience PROJECT ENGINEER to work in their office / workshop at Tuas South.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and execution of projects with knowledge of production and logistical processes and products.
- Project reporting on progress of activities and point out deviations regarding delivery time, budget and quality processing operations and processing sequence applied in the project execution process
- Reading of technical drawings and preparing technical specifications, reports and other project documents
- Technical support for Service Team on projects
- Hands on, acts as escalation point and reference point for other colleagues
- Financial monitoring of project execution (ie. invoicing and payment follow up)
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 3 years technical knowledge in oil and gas industry.
- Excellent communicator
- Proficient in MS office
- Knowledge of ISAH or similar ERP system an advantage
- Knowledge in ISO9001
- Experience in CAD and Solid Edge an advantage
- Pro-active and task oriented
- Experience in mechanical engineering /marin engineering installations and constructions
- Knowledge in hydraulics is mandatory
- Willing to work in Tuas South.
