Job Summary
You will organize on-site construction, monitor production progress, and manage project documentation to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will consolidate reports and facilitate project reviews to support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Organize on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and monitor production progress for timely project delivery
- Manage documents and materials for ongoing and completed projects to maintain accurate records and support project execution
- Consolidate and submit weekly and monthly progress, costing, and project execution reports to provide clear project status updates
- Facilitate project review and discussion sessions to promote team learning and development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or site management within shipbuilding or offshore engineering industries
- Ability to liaise regularly with headquarters and counterparts in China to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills to plan and execute projects effectively
- Demonstrated judgment, decision-making, and organizational management abilities to handle project complexities
- Proven teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
