Role Overview:
We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead and manage security equipment projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming, while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from start to finish, keeping them aligned with objectives
- Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve milestones and meet deadlines
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and handling escalations
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications
- Manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Maintain proper documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized with good time and resource management
- Basic knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking, and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm Systems) is a plus
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of initiative
- Experience in the same industry is highly preferred
