Job Summary
Plan, organize, and control construction projects by supervising teams, ensuring quality inspections, and maintaining safety and compliance standards to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full progression of construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion
- Manage project schedules and resources to deliver projects within client budgets and expectations
- Implement and monitor compliance with the company's ISO and OHSAS standards to maintain quality and safety
- Conduct and complete quality inspections to uphold project standards
- Lead and supervise subcontractors and staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project requirements
- Attend and actively participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings to track project status and resolve issues
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities to address project-related matters and facilitate smooth operations
