Responsibilities
- Lead planning and management of cable works schedules and site activities to ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct site supervision and monitor cable works to maintain compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Analyze project data and communicate issues clearly through written and graphical reports to facilitate problem resolution
- Coordinate and actively participate in client meetings, site meetings, and technical discussions to align project objectives and expectations
- Perform engineering calculations, design checks, and verification to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations throughout project execution
- Support troubleshooting and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimize project delays
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, progress reports, and updates to maintain transparent project tracking
- Execute additional duties as assigned to support project success and team objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in turn-key projects and transmission works to enhance project execution capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
- Knowledge of cable work processes to improve project coordination and technical accuracy
- Demonstrated high level of responsibility and technical competence to deliver quality engineering outcomes
- Involve with SP Group, LTA, PUB, or similar site project is an advantage.
