Job Summary
You will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot integrated security systems at client sites, coordinate project works, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain integrated security systems (CCTV, Access control, IP telephony, PA system) at client sites to identify and resolve system issues promptly
- Perform on-site servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems and equipment to ensure operational reliability
- Coordinate and supervise project works at sites, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Respond to on-call and standby duties as required to support continuous system functionality
- Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors to deliver satisfactory results and maintain service levels
- Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards and company policies
- Demonstrate accountability, proactivity, and teamwork with a strong sense of urgency in all tasks
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or any engineering field
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in installation and maintenance of security systems such as CCTV, Access control, IP telephony, and PA system is an advantage
