Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction/project works.
Prepare project schedules, method statements, and work programs.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.
Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
Attend site meetings and toolbox meetings follow up on action items.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans and statutory requirements.
Assist in cost control, variation orders, and progress claims.
Maintain proper project documentation and records.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant discipline).
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
Experience in construction or project-based environment is preferred.
Familiar with project coordination, site supervision, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of local authority requirements and workplace safety regulations is an advantage.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficient in MS Office knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Willing to be stationed on site when required.
