Project Engineer

Job Description

Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications & other required documents.

Prepare of shop drawings, workings drawings & As-built drawings

Prepare project progress report

Attend coordination meeting with Consultant, Client , Sub-contractor and Suppliers for weekly or monthly design coordination and technical issues.

Prepare and review material approval (MA), method of statement, risk assessment and safe work procedure

Facilitate inspections, approvals, request for information

Handle MEP shop drawing submission.

Attend site inspection with residence technical officer (RTO) after internal inspection with MEP sub-contractors.

Prepare progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets & cost control and settlement of final account

Perform any other project tasks as assigned

Requirements
At least 5 years of fire protection and/or air conditioner installation for commercial, industrial or residential construction projects experience
