Job Summary
Support project management by coordinating site activities and stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of mechanical and electrical engineering works in office fit-out and construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document site progress to ensure accurate tracking of project execution
- Develop and maintain schedules for work activities and inspections to meet project timelines
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, main contractors, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth site operations
- Report project progress and issues regularly to the Project Manager for informed decision-making
- Assist the Project Manager with ad-hoc tasks to support overall project delivery
Requirement
- NTC, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary systems in the Singapore context
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering related works within office fit-out and construction industries
- Immediate availability and current residency in Singapore
- Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
