Project Engineer - BMS / ELV

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operation and execution of project
• Develop cost estimates, project budget and manage project costing
• Manpower planning and efficient deployment of manpower based on call traffic patterns / workload requirements
• Plan, control and execute work progress
• Prepare progress reports and claims submission
• Overall in charge for project's day to day operation
• To manage technician's daily job scopes deployment and ensure that all tasks are up to date and meet the project timeline
• Collaborate with main-con closely on all issues and reviews related to the projects
• To provide engineering support to project team and customers, including field work as and when required
• Manage and control project scope and variation order
• Coordinate with client on project activities, including attending meetings and discussions
• Identify area for project improvements and makes recommendation to the management team
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Required Skill(s): Project Management , BMS , ELV , Security System
• Excellent knowledge on BMS and AutoCad is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, pro-active work attitude & be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Comfortable with 5.5 work days
