Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute BMS projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare technical submissions, method statements, and engineering documentation.
- Perform site supervision, testing, commissioning, and system integration of BMS equipment.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution and post-installation.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular progress reports.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for equipment, procurement and delivery.
- Travel to various job sites required.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
Job Requirement:
- Understand technical and construction documents.
- Experience in the construction or technology industries is required
. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Understanding of general contractor procedures.
