Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our AV team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technical expertise in audio-visual systems, ensuring successful project delivery from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage AV projects from initial planning through to execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to develop accurate project scopes and implementation plans.
- Design and configure AV systems, including audio, video, and control systems, tailored to client specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of AV systems into existing infrastructure.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all phases of the project.
- Provide technical support and training to clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and usability of AV systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, AV Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering/management, specifically within the AV industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual systems , installation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
- Good soldering skill on audio & video connectivity
