Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the successful execution of projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating across teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment
- Act as a key liaison between clients and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and key milestones
- Ensure deliverables meet customer specifications and quality expectations
- Assist in resource coordination and problem-solving during project execution
- Prepare reports and provide insights to management on project performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in project engineering, coordination, or similar roles (manufacturing/industrial environment preferred)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage
- Exposure to automation technologies or design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus
