Project Engineer/Autocad

5.5-day work: Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday, 8am-12pm
Salary Range: $3000-$3800

• Familiar with Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects.
• Report to and provide support to Management on assigned projects.
• Be responsible for the management of resources and site work in line with the project budget and schedule.
• Proficient in Autocad/BIM Modeling
• Attending regular meetings (internal and external parties) to discuss project work scope and get approval and confirmation on technical issues.
• Coordination of Site work with Team & Clients.
• Source for various suppliers with competitive pricing.
• Propose quality product that meets budget and comply to authorities.
• Submission of product specifications and certifications for client's approval prior to purchases.
• Reconfirm the quantity based on latest drawing revision prior to purchases to provide correct quantity and material specifications.
• Plan and monitor material delivery according to site required date.
• Ensuring authorities approval prior to start work or any delivery schedule.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure that budget is met.
• Milestone claim based on site progress completion report and monthly updating of work progress.
• Monitor work scope variation to claim additions.
• Maintain proper workflow processes and documentation for record.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure as well as independently.

Requirements:

• ITE Diploma/Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess good knowledge in AutoCad
• Possess BCSS certificate
• Good communication, negotiation, planning and result-oriented
