Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

. Oversee the planning, analysis, recommendations in support of project (engineering, procurement & construction).

. Close coordination with client Project Team and Operation Team ever day to execute the project on time.

. Lead at present the Work method statement and lifting plan for high-risk activity review ( Work at Height , Confined space , Lifting Works etc )with Project Team, Operation Team and safety Team

. Construction activities may be related to new facilities or modification to existing sites.

. Assist in developing and implementing construction policies that support project construction.

. Responsible to site progress according to schedule set

. Project planning and management, Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of site works.

. Interface and coordinate with Engineering supporting construction activities.

. Reviews and client interface liaison and project management team liaison.

. Prepare periodic management reports.

. Ensure timely requisition of resources (e.g., labour, materials, equipment etc.)

. Ensure works progress according to the establish schedule, and main contractor's master installation schedule, and where deviations arise, initiate the appropriate actions.

. Assist project Manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation, and any dispute arise.

. Assist Department Manager to monitor accounts receivable of project.

. Able to work in a standalone environment with Good knowledge with local and international code requirements like API, ASME, AWS..

. Good knowledge about the piping installation, testing & commission (Hydrotest & Pigging )

. Tankage Erection and Maintenance Works ( Bottom Plate replacement , Shell Plate replacement , IFR&EFR works

. Mechanical maintenance Works

. Work method statement, Lifting Plan , Confined space plan , WAH rescue plan preparation and approval with clients

. Lead the rescue drills ( Confined space / WAH )

. Working in ExxonMobil site / Aster Bukom site will be added advantage

Job Requirements

. Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering ( with 8+ Years Experience ) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering ( with 10+ Years Experience )

. Well verse Knowledge on quality management.

. Experience in Maintenance, Shutdown, New construction projects related to Piping & Tankage Works

. 10_ year experience in EPCM, EPCC sector. Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regards.

. Demonstrated leadership experience and skills to manage large or multiple construction project and Willing to handle multi projects at various site

. Able to lead and work independentl

Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 8am to 5pm
Saturday : 8am to 12pm
