Project Engineer

Job Summary

To assist Construction Manager/Project Manager in coordinates all works on site and to ensure targeted completion dates are met

Duties/Responsibilities

Drive Project Operations Dept.

1. Assists Project Manager to overseas the projects in charge

2. Ensure the project engineering issues are on schedule/within budget

3. Work closely with Engineering Service dept. to ensure accurate & updated construction drawing

4. Work with Supply Chain & Procurement on machinery and materials orders

5. Monitor all the material wastage

6. Deployment of resources (manpower, material, machineries) required to achieve project schedules

7. Ensure the sub-contractors to achieve project requirement & schedule

Prepare Risk Management Plan

1. Build contingencies in to the plan to provide a reserve in the schedule for unforeseen future problems

Administer Workplace Safety and health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

1. Ensure workers/sub-contractor comply with the company safety regulation

Organise and Proper Handover the Completion Project

1. Ensure proper accurate handover of construction documents to the Clients

2. Ensure the Sub-contractor submit the proper handover documents to the company

3. Ensure the project deliver by us and sub-contractor to client(s) on schedule with 0 defect

Manage a Team with Good Technical Knowledge

1. Build and train a competent Supervisor, Leadmen and worker team
