Job Summary
Lead and manage projects to deliver as-sold security solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet milestones and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating project teams and resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct project teams to achieve common objectives and deliver project milestones within strict deadlines
- Engage and communicate proactively with stakeholders to align project progress and resolve issues
- Manage client relationships by acting as the single point of contact and addressing escalations promptly to maintain client satisfaction
- Oversee project delivery to ensure solutions meet agreed specifications, remain within baseline budget, and comply with quality criteria
- Coordinate project team activities through effective task delegation, resource assignment, and programme management to optimize performance
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation to support transparency and accountability
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and drive successful outcomes
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
- Technical knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking, and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) to support project understanding
- 2 years of experience with the security industry
- Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to plan resources effectively and meet tight deadlines with sensitivity to project constraints
