Your Responsibilities
- Manage the document review process, collating feedback from stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities with all parties involved.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to track progress and update work schedules.
- Support the project team in achieving successful project delivery.
- Prepare clear and accurate progress summary reports.
- Handle project administration: organize meetings, draft reports and letters, prepare presentations, and maintain records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Recognised degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Relevant project management experience; exposure to Automatic Fare Collection systems in Singapores transit environment is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Flexible with working hours and open to night works during engineering hours.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly between office and sites.
