Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors on ACMV system design and compliance
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines
- Ensure site work execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Manage project cost, site documentation, and variation orders report progress to project manager
- Prepare reports and propose solutions or enhancements in line with industry best practices
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV or related M&E roles within the building construction industry
