Job Scope
Lead ACMV project execution by interpreting contract specifications, performing technical calculations, coordinating installations, and supporting commissioning to ensure successful delivery of industrial and commercial mechanical engineering projects.
Job Description
- Interpret contract specifications, drawings, and Client's requirements to guide project execution.
- Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and inspection checklists to ensure compliance and quality control.
- Perform ACMV performance and static pressure calculations to optimize system design and functionality.
- Conduct kitchen hood selection, exhaust, and staircase pressurization calculations to meet safety and ventilation standards.
- Coordinate installation activities with architectural, electrical, and plumbing trades to ensure seamless integration.
- Prepare technical submissions for Variation Orders, damage claims, and abortive works to support project documentation and approvals.
- Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning activities to verify system performance and compliance.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings to document final installation and modifications.
Educational Requirement
- ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience managing ACMV projects for industrial or commercial purposes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective team collaboration.
- Problem-solving, coordination, and management skills to support project delivery as a team player.
