Project Engineer (ACMV)

ob Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer in planning, scheduling and execution of projects.

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and safety standards.

• Coordinate closely with supervisors, subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works.

• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials submissions, method statements, risk assessments and other required documentation.

• Monitor project progress and update progress reports to ensure alignment with the master schedule.

• Attend site meetings with consultants, main contractors and clients when required.

• Liaise with suppliers for procurement, delivery and coordination of materials and equipment.

• Assist in preparation of progress claims and variation works documentation.

• Identify potential site issues and escalate to Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager for resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and operational procedures.

  Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACMV project management.

  • Knowledge of ACMV systems, ACMV installation, testing, and commissioning.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on site.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude.
