PROJECT ENGINEER (ACMV)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of ACMV work to meet the project schedule.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
• Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
• Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV background.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
• Good knowledge of M&E specifications & requirements, especially in ACMV.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
