Assist Project Manager and site personnel in the planning, execution, and completion of electrical installation projects.
Attend site inspections and testing to ensure all electrical works meet project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Supervise and coordinate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure timely progress and compliance with all technical and safety standards.
Assist in preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, and other project-related documentation.
Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
Provide technical support in reviewing electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management in support of project delivery.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge in electrical systems including LV / MV distribution, lighting, power supply, earthing, and control systems.
Familiar with local codes, standards, and authority requirements (e.g. EMA, SP Group, BCA).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
