Project Engineer (ACMV, Design & Project Management, M&E, 5.5 Days)

Our client is a leading provider of advanced surveillance, security, and ACMV solutions, specializing in system design, integration, and maintenance for critical infrastructure and government sectors across Southeast Asia.

Job Requirement:

• Design & Calculation: Perform heat load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF) using HVAC engineering principles.

• Technical Drawings: Interpret and review ACMV drawings ensure ducting, piping, and layouts meet design and regulatory standards.

• Installation & Supervision: Oversee site installation, ensure compliance with specifications, and supervise testing and commissioning (T&C) of systems.

• System Integration: Coordinate with BMS teams for HVAC controls integration and troubleshoot control-related issues.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare method statements, technical reports, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., BCA, SS553, ASHRAE).

• Problem Solving: Resolve on-site engineering issues and propose value engineering solutions to optimize performance and cost.

Job Responsibility:

• Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements

• Experienced in ACMV systems, especiallychiller system.

• Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts in accordance with project timeline.

• Safety knowledge & awareness with necessary safety certification at respective levels.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
