Project Engineer

Ace Infrastructure Pte Ltd is a leading full-turnkey solutions provider specializing in telecommunications infrastructure, smart metering, and specialized security systems. We are seeking a proactive Project Engineer to manage the technical execution and deployment of our infrastructure projects across Singapore.

Job Summary

Support project management by coordinating technical and engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and facilitating communication among stakeholders in telecommunications or electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and deputy in managing daily site technical and engineering activities and preparing authority submissions
• Prepare method statements and compile monthly progress claims, measurements, and reports to track project status
• Coordinate effectively with sub-contractors and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
• Supervise and monitor project activities to ensure compliance with company operating procedures, quality standards, contractual specifications, drawings, and specifications
• Interpret engineering documents and drawings to guide field personnel for accurate implementation
• Enforce environmental, safety, and health practices consistently throughout project sites
• Communicate clearly and engage stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve issues
• Organize work meticulously and maintain a positive attitude to support project objectives
• Work independently and collaboratively within teams to meet project deadlines and quality goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate superior to support project success

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications or electrical-related fields
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project management principles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Junior Executive specialization in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work 5.5 days per week
