Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with a strong reputation in the industry, renowned for delivering multiple prominent mixed development, commercial, residential and other buildings projects in Singapore. They have multiple new developments (including large scale iconic landmarks) across Singapore.
What you will do
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing on-site project activities.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring sessions, providing updates on work progress.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to technical drawings and specifications.
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment allocation, to maintain efficient workflow.
- Assist in tracking project budgets and monitoring cost-related matters.
- Help resolve site issues or delays by proposing practical corrective actions.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure productivity, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements.
What you will need
- Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as site/project engineer
- Candidate with more experience can be considered for the Senior position
