PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Title: Research & Training Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled Research Engineer [Mechanical] with expertise in mechanical engineering, fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese, and experience in team training & management. The ideal candidate will lead research projects, manage multicultural teams, and coordinate procurement of specialized equipment from China.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership:

- Lead research and development projects

- Develop project plans and timelines

- Team Management:
- Manage Vietnamese and Chinese staff

- Provide training and guidance

- Procurement:

- Coordinate selection and purchase of mechanical equipment from Chinese suppliers

- Ensure timely delivery, setting up activations to check quality standards required.

- Facilities Management:

- Oversee staff accommodations and facilities management

- Ensure compliance with regulations

- Communication:

- Communicate effectively in Vietnamese, Chinese, and English

- Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Master's in Management would be Ideal.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese (written and spoken)

- Experience in team management, procurement, and facilities management
